Klarna Terms and Conditions
What is Klarna?
Klarna is a third-party payment provider that offers alternative ways to pay at checkout. Rather than paying the full amount immediately, eligible customers who are over the age of 18, may choose to divide the payment into instalments or delay payment for a short period.
Klarna operates independently from Pricecheck Toiletries Limited. If you select Klarna, your payment agreement is made directly with them.
Klarna's Pay Later is a credit product. It’s their decision whether they start a credit agreement with you.
How does Klarna work?
If you choose Klarna as your payment method:
- Your order is confirmed in the usual way
- Klarna settles the payment with us
- You repay Klarna according to the option selected
Klarna will assess eligibility before approving the payment option. Approval is not guaranteed.
What are Klarna's Pay Later offerings?
Pay now
Payment is taken in full once your order is confirmed.
Pay in 3
Pay in 3 allows you to split the cost into three equal instalments.
Pay in 30 Days
Pay in 30 allows you to receive your order first and pay the full amount within 30 days.
Payment must be made directly to Klarna via their app or payment portal. Late fees may apply if payment is not made on time. No interest rate is charged.
Returns & Refunds
If you return goods purchased using Klarna, they will be notified once your return has been processed. Klarna will then update your balance or refund payments where applicable. Processing times may vary.
Complaints
For complaints relating to Klarna’s payment services, please contact Klarna directly via their website or mobile app. Complaints regarding products, delivery, or returns should be directed to us.
Who provides the Credit
Payment options are provided by Klarna Bank AB. Credit agreements are made directly between you and Klarna.
Credit and Eligibility
Klarna’s payment options are subject to status and eligibility criteria and must be 18+. By selecting Klarna at your purchase option, you agree to Klarna’s terms and conditions. Klarna may conduct credit searches.
